Project Status The Rocky Hill Coal Project was the result of extensive exploration, geological modelling, mine planning and environmental studies of the Site and surrounding areas. Below is an outline of the Government process followed by GRL in attempting to gain approval for the Project. The Rocky Hill Coal Project will not proceed.

The Rocky Hill Coal Project (RHCP) was to be a comparatively small, modern open cut mining proposal that, if approved, would bring stone and other economic benefits to the people of the Gloucester area.
